Harvey from Blissful Detailing was relying heavily on third-party platforms to represent his business, none of which were driving meaningful traffic or enquiries. Despite offering a high-value, in-demand service, he lacked a dedicated platform that properly showcased his work and converted interest into sales. After coming to The Herd, I took ownership of the project and delivered the full Herd experience, building a website designed to position his brand professionally, attract the right audience, and turn his skill into a scalable online presence.
When Harvey came to The Herd, I immediately had a clear vision for how his site needed to look and perform. I took full ownership of the project, delivering the complete Herd experience from strategy through to execution.
Blissful Detailing’s site runs across multiple CMS platforms, which meant content had to be handled carefully to avoid performance issues. To keep load times fast and the experience smooth, I mapped the site infrastructure properly and optimised assets through compression and clean content population.
The core focus of the project was simple:
Position Blissful Detailing as a trusted authority within the local area.
Build credibility through strong social proof, showcasing previous work, reviews, and professional accreditations.
Capture customer data and build an owned audience that Harvey can target and retarget throughout the year.
