I took this clinic on as part of a white-label agreement from a local marketing agency that specialised in content creation but didn't quite have the expertise in the field of paid media.
The client had been burned by their former media buyer who had spent almost £6,000 to only acquire 6 leads in a 30 day period via Meta ads..
Given that this particular business was offering mid - high range products / services centred around skin care and regeneration, I knew that this would be a walk in the park.
I directed the client to create some "UGC" style content and some "Founders Story" style content for our campaign.
I then restructured the ad account so that we had an evergreen campaign and one where we can push seasonal offers, just to avoid slipping back into an unnecessary learning phases with Meta.
My campaign went live at the end of April - the following month the client had generated 114 new leads from my campaign.
The month after we pushed new offers, tested new creative and doubled down on what worked the month prior.
In June the client acquired 190 leads and a further 25 or so indirectly from our marketing efforts on Meta.
The agency who signed the client ended up retaining them as a result of my performance.
The client received 329 leads in 2 months from my work and has continued to grow month on month, testing new offers and new pieces of creative.
