This was another client in the eCommerce space that sold mandibular advancement devices to prevent snoring at night.
The contract was given to us from a white-label agreement that we received from a local content marketing agency in the midlands that did not quite know paid media practices.
The client in question had been burned by their former media buyer who had spent a considerable amount on Google Ads (PPC) and seen a low volume of conversions and paused towards the end of February prior to me coming in and taking on the campaign.
Right out the gates I was told that the client relationship counted on whatever took place in the next month - so I had no room for failure.
Straight away I did a deep dive on all the campaigns, existing and new - I then launched my very own search campaign alongside Meta ads as they'd never run them properly before.
✅ Exact and phrase match keywords to catch high intent traffic.
✅ BOF Retargeting and data capture.
✅ Lookalike audiences created and immediately utilised (Meta)
✅ Content optimisation - The white label agency provided the content and I gave some more direction on what type of creative would work well for this product (UGC style shorts, "Them vs Us", animated stills, headliners / feature callouts).
The results were explosive and they saved the relationship between the client and the white-label agency.
We saw 100 extra orders through Google alone with a slightly raised CPA as expected for campaigns sent into a learning phase due to my optimisations / changes.
After our campaigns left leaning and entered the optimisation phase in April - we saw an extra 119 conversions on top of what we did in March attributed to our Google Ads alone - equalling 402 conversions in the month of April via Google.
Blended with Meta ads, would account to over 600 conversions in the month.
Safe to say, the client was left extremely satisfied and the relationship between the white-label agency and the client was repaired.
