Holl Installations came to The Herd after a poor experience with a previous agency, slow communication, difficulty making updates, and a website that no longer reflected the quality of their work. The owner’s goal was simple: showcase recent projects, update current offers, and regain control of his online presence.
I took full ownership of the project and delivered the complete Herd experience, starting with a clear audit of the site’s weaknesses.
The key issues were:
Little to no conversion rate optimisation
Outdated and underperforming content
Over-reliance on generic stock imagery
Minimal social proof to build trust
Basic layout and design that didn’t match the brand
No sticky header with visible contact details, creating friction for enquiries
The rebuild focused on improving conversions, modernising the design, replacing stock imagery with real project work, and introducing clear trust signals, all while making it easier for visitors to get in touch quickly.
Once Holl Installations came to The Herd, I took full ownership of the project and delivered a complete rebuild within a three-day turnaround. Despite the tight timeframe, the outcome exceeded expectations, the client was genuinely blown away by the transformation achieved in such a short window.

Relume: to rapidly map structure and wireframing ideas
Figma: to concept layouts and refine design direction
Framer: to design, launch, and host the final polished website
