
Cigar Saga sells at the premium end of the market (Cuban and New World cigars, samplers, leather accessories) but needed a storefront with the craft and restraint to match. The remit was a complete redesign: brand presence, structure, and shopping experience, rebuilt from the ground up in Shopify.
I built around an old-world, members'-club feel: deep burgundy and warm cream, classical serif typography, and a custom heraldic crest carrying the brand's Camera Fumantis Principis motto. The homepage leads with a full-bleed cinematic hero of a cigar being hand-rolled, setting tone before a single word of copy. Considered, premium, and unmistakably its own.

Built-in age verification for compliant tobacco retail
The result? A storefront that reads as premium from the first frame: coherent brand, intuitive navigation, and a clean path from browse to checkout. A considered home for a considered product.
